Essential Oils around Your HouseHomemade Oils for the Perfect AromaEssential oils give off different aromas and affect our senses immensely- and if we were to compare them to synthetic fragrance, there could only be one simple explanation. There isn't one.
Synthetic cost less that is about the only benefit they offer. In reality, fragrance is extremely harmful to breathe in. Essentials can be used to perfume, deodorize, disinfect and stimulate as well to repel nasty house pests. Use them as air sprays, in oil burners, in baths and during a massage. You can make environmentally safe and natural products to freshen your home. It's ideal to make a blend of perfume as an experiment to see if you like it, then go ahead and use it as a spray around the house. Don't spray on furniture. To create a happy and lively atmosphere, that will attract your friends and send bacteria away try this: Mood Spray
Shake well before using An Anti- epidemic spray is very useful for the cold months of the year. You will be safe around a house filled with snifflers and germs that are airborne from sneezers, and from flu symptom sufferers. Mix some up right away! Germs Away Spray
Shake well before using *You may use this oil to inhale on a cloth *Another idea is to place a few drops of lavender or any essential that you prefer, into a ceramic bowl or one that hangs from your heater- this will purify the room.
In the bedroom there is a variety of different uses for your essential oils. You can add a few drops to the water when washing woodwork and windows, or make up a calming spray to help you sleep. You may mix up a blend of oils whose job is to relax you and chase away anxieties. Here is one: Woodwork & Window Wash

Leave for 5 days Shake well before using Sometimes we have troubles in the kitchen. Little bugs seem to come from everywhere and even hatch automatically inside some grains and spices. You may even find ants marching about, or even those fast runners that we won't here mention. Instead of turning to 3 different specialized toxic chemicals (especially where there's food) each one made specifically for a different bug- why not try to control them with essential oils? Bug Zapper
And let stand 5 days Shake well before using Everyone always asks me how I clean things without ever buying detergents or cleansers. If you think about it for a minute and use your imagination, you'd come up with so many substitutes for each and every cleaning solution or abrasive cleaner that exists. They didn't always exist. For instance, I use baking soda and salts instead of cleansers. They clean, purify, and do the same job without leaving a toxic film on everything. I use baking soda to clean my dishes. You can also try a mixture used as an all-purpose cleaner; this may be used in the kitchen, bathroom, and playroom, anywhere!
All-Purpose Cleaner
Combine the bug zapper with the ammonia Allow the oils to dissolve Shake well! You may use in a spray bottle or on a sponge So simple, so inexpensive and so very non-toxic!
Bathrooms have a way of sprouting up black fuzzy plants that love the wet humid crevices in tiles, on ceilings, plastic shower curtains, or on shower doors. It becomes an ugly sight and is not so healthy to breathe in- them germs in the air. Besides cleaning the bathroom you can double disinfect it with an essential oil spray. It not only keeps germs at bay, but discourages the black fuzzy plants and leaves your bathroom with a pleasant fragrance. Bathroom Protector
Let sit for 5 days Shake well before using For furniture try Olive oil and lemon juice! Furniture Polish
Place in a bottle and shake well After all this I hope your home will be almost toxic free! It will probably help change the mood and atmosphere, as essential oils have a true effect on our senses and frame of mind. If you go out of your way to pick up a few basic oils (lavender, lemon and tea tree) you may start with one or two blends and see how they work. Try and take the time to slowly get used to life without detergents, do you ever remember walking down the isle of the store lined with cleaning products? They shouldn't put them all together; it takes your breath away! I can hardly believe the people can make it from point A to point B without passing out from the fumes. When we store cleaning agents in our homes it's the same - the fumes seep out - and we do not smell it anymore due to habit. *Remember, there are always alternatives to everything we use.
