The wide variety of banking services available nowadays forces us to learn useful vocabulary about banking operations and savings accounts, such as how to take out a loan and how to ask about the terms and conditions of the financial services offered.

There are many definitions of a bank: in general, we can define banks as financial institutions whose basic purpose is to receive deposits and grant loans. More precisely, banks hold clients’ money for safe-keeping in the form of deposits on which they pay a certain amount of interest.

This is an over-simplified explanation of what a bank does, but the most important thing when you arrive in Italy is what and how to ask for money for your needs here.

These easy dialogs will help you.
